VIDEO | Imad Wasim vents out at Sarfaraz Ahmed after he left wandering for the ball

Keeping wickets does demand a different set of skills and is certainly one of the tedious tasks on the field. During the must-win game for Pakistan against Afghanistan, Sarfaraz Ahmed had no idea of a potential catch that Ikram Ali Khil had scooped and Imad Wasim vented out at him for that.

Pakistani bowlers were keeping things tight with timely strikes while Afghanistan needed some impetus to weather the storm and steady the ship. After spending ample amount of time out in the middle, the pressure was only mounting on Ikram Ali Khil and the situation demanded him to cut loose.

On the fifth delivery of the 27th over, Ikram tried to scoop the ball but only managed to do so onto his own shoulder. Due to the deflection, the ball went up in the air and Sarfaraz looked totally deceived. He looked left and then right but had no idea about the white leather, which eventually landed just beside him. Had he anticipated the trajectory correctly, Pakistan would have only managed to scalp another wicket.

Ikrma didn’t make any use of the life as he was dismissed on the very next ball, but the whole episode made a funny moment for the fans. But Imad Wasim couldn’t control himself and vented out at the skipper for his lack of game awareness.

  2. First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.

I’ve had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my
thoughts out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing however
it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?
